Lead Orthodontic Assistant

This role will serve both our Maryland and Pennsylvania locations, so flexibility and travel between offices are a must. This is a role for a leader. Someone who thrives at the chair, mentors others with ease, and keeps the clinical flow running smoothly. The right candidate will hold an MD or PA License, Xray Certification, and a current EFDA license or Certified Orthodontic Assistant. We need a pro who is ready to elevate our practice and their career.

-The Basic Responsibilities-
- Be the best part of the patients' day
- Preparing for patients
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Taking diagnostic records and itero scanning
- Assisting the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures
- Independently carrying out prescribed treatment
- Building relationships with patients while providing education regarding their treatment.
- Facilitating communication between the Orthodontist and patient

- Prior orthodontic experience is required.
- Maryland or Pennsylvania Radiology certified.
