West Dover Dental is seeking a General Dentist for a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into full-time as the office expands. Our expansion is scheduled for completion sometime in 2027. The opportunity

Grow with a welcoming, community-focused practice as it expands. Provide comprehensive general dentistry, help patients understand their options, and create an exceptional experience at every visit. We will discuss the initial schedule and transition to full-time during your introductory conversation.

Compensation and support

$250,000–$500,000 annual earning potential for full-time roles. Highly competitive percentage-of-collections compensation. Earnings depend on schedule, collections, experience, and clinical scope. Benefits include a CE allowance, internal CE, 401(k), health insurance, malpractice coverage, and additional fringe benefits, subject to eligibility. Relocation assistance is available.

What you bring

New graduates and experienced dentists are welcome. Bring a DDS or DMD and current CPR certification; obtain an active Delaware dental license before starting clinical work. We value clinical excellence, compassionate communication, accountability, and a willingness to learn.

Support for your Delaware dental license

Not yet licensed in Delaware? We can help. Freedom offers complimentary, hands-on support through the Board licensing process, including help sourcing exam patients, providing tools and equipment, and arranging a chairside assistant. We help simplify the logistics so you can focus on demonstrating your clinical skills. Candidates must meet the Board’s eligibility and examination requirements.
