About the Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage recruiting activity across Freedom Dental Health, from approved requisition through accepted offer and handoff to onboarding. You will maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, build candidate pipelines, keep hiring managers informed, and deliver daily and weekly recruiting metrics to HR leadership.

Your goal? A timely, consistent hiring process and a positive experience for every candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Own the recruiting process — partner with hiring managers, post jobs, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and guide offers through to onboarding

  • Keep the ATS accurate — maintain requisition and candidate records, monitor aging candidates daily, and keep stalled steps moving

  • Report the numbers — deliver daily activity reports and a weekly recruiting dashboard covering pipelines, time to fill, offers, and hiring outcomes

  • Create a great candidate experience — provide clear, timely communication to candidates and hiring managers at every step

  • Build talent pipelines — develop relationships with schools, community partners, and referral sources, and represent the organization at recruiting events

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system, job boards, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office to maintain pipelines and prepare accurate reports

  • Ability to interpret recruiting data, manage multiple open requisitions, meet reporting deadlines, and follow through on candidate and manager communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, judgment, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Ability to travel occasionally to practice locations, career fairs, and community recruiting events as needed

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • One to two years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Work is primarily performed in an office setting with frequent computer and telephone use. The position may involve visits to practice locations and recruiting events and occasional movement or lifting of routine office materials. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform essential functions.
